Safe operating principles
- Read the details and history before changing a status or financial value.
- Check active filters before exporting CSV files.
- Use demo data when capturing documentation screenshots.
- Never share passwords, recovery codes, bank account numbers, identity documents, addresses, or customer health data.
- Use the Asia/Jakarta time zone for all operational coordination.
